On the morning of December 16, 2019, Professor Ke Bin spoke on "Financial constraints of Chinese private Enterprises and equity pledge of Listed Companies: Is there a connection?" And the academic lecture entitled "How to Apply for national Scientific Research Project" delivered by Professor Ye Chengang was held successively in conference room 109. The lecture was presided over by Deputy dean Li Zhiqiang, and about 80 teachers and students attended the lecture.

First of all, Prof. Li Zhiqiang gave a brief introduction of Prof. Ke Bin and Prof. Ye Chengang's academic background and research achievements, and extended a warm welcome to the two professors.

Before the formal start of the lecture, Ke Bin encouraged the present college students to keep a positive attitude, study hard and strive for their all-round development through sharing and summing up their learning experience and personal deeds. Then, he introduced the theme of this lecture -- "Financial Constraint of Chinese Private Enterprises and Pledge of Equity of Listed Companies: Is there a connection?" . Since it is impossible to directly observe the relationship between the two, Professor Ke listed four tests for the number of subsidiaries of the two as the entry point, and further analyzed the relationship between them through regression equations of relevant aspects of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. In addition, Professor Ke Bin also had an in-depth exchange of views with the students and put forward his own views on the topic of "what kind of companies will make equity pledge" : one is that Lev is too high; the other is that they are not capable of making blood.

Professor Ye Chengang gave academic lectures on how to apply for national research projects. Professor Ye said that although the competition and difficulty of applying for national scientific research projects have been increasing in recent years, the number of applications is always related to the long-term academic development of the whole school. Therefore, every college should actively apply and contribute to the academic development of the school. Then, he briefly introduced the evaluation system of national key disciplines and the main contents and characteristics of two kinds of national fund application, analyzed the status quo of domestic and foreign scientific research projects, and fully explained how to grasp the key points of application under the general background. As for the declaration technique, he said that people should learn to grasp the cold in the heat, and grasp the "cold" in the hot spots that people pay attention to. Also learn to catch the heat in the cold, to catch the "hot" topics that people don't pay much attention to. In terms of scientific research technology, Ye Chengang pointed out that researchers should carry out corresponding innovation and feasibility analysis to avoid "low-level mistakes" in scientific research projects, and research teams should find new breakthroughs in integrated innovation to jointly solve problems in the application of scientific research projects.

In the two lectures, Ke Bin and Ye Chengang not only brought a brainstorm for the participants, but also presented an academic feast for the students of our college.
