In order to help students plan and make use of their college time reasonably and make correct career positioning, the Business School held the 6th Career Planning Competition with the theme of career regulation competition and career development. The competition is sponsored by the Committee of Business School of Henan University, and undertaken by the Committee of The Youth League of Business School and the Committee of discipline supervision of the Student Union.

In the preliminary contest, 19 teams from different colleges explained their career plans with exquisite slides and different explanations from aspects of self-cognition, environmental assessment, career development direction, plan implementation, assessment adjustment, etc. Six teams made it to the final.

On November 19, 2019, the final round of the 6th Career Planning Competition was held in the second lecture Hall of The College of Commerce. Zheng Linhao, instructor of business School class 2019, Liu Baoping, teacher of administration Office, Zhang Cheng (student), deputy secretary of Youth League Committee, and Wang Xinjin, President of student Union, will be the final judges. The final is divided into four stages: PPT presentation, situational questions, team questions, judges' comments and questions. The whole process of the competition was tense and orderly. The career planning and design structure of the contestants was complete, logical, well-organized, appropriate in detail and highlighted. The speech process was very infectious, and the answers given by each team to the questions from other teams and judges were excellent, which won the unanimous appreciation of judges and audience.

After fierce competition, the team of Stars and sea won the first prize, the team of eating together and the team of Smart Girls not bald won the second prize, and the team of Burst, the team of explosive point and the home team of my career won the third prize. At last, Liu Baoping made a summary speech, telling the students with his own experience: learning in university is the first priority. Only by laying a good knowledge foundation can I make good preparations for my future career planning in advance and realize the free transition among politics, business and academia.
