The 4th Central Plains Marketing International Forum was held in Henan University on the November 21.
YANG Zhonghua, vice president of HENU, extended a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to all the experts and professors for their attendance. He also hoped that the participators will brainstorm and find solutions for the emerging marketing problems faced by companies and enterprises in central plains during the digital transformation period.
LI Dongjin, vice president of the Chinese Marketing Association of Universities, expressed his expectations for more distinctive academic ideas at this forum to make the central plains a hot spot for business.
NIU Quanbao, executive director of the Central Plains Marketing International Forum, emphasized that the pandemic has not only brought challenges to the forum this year, but also provided new research topics. He expressed his wish for the success of this forum and for the emergence of outstanding academic views.
After the opening ceremony, many professors from China and the United States gave keynote speeches and put forward new ideas worthy of attention. Professors from China are Professor ZHUANG Guijun, reviewer of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Professor WANG Haizhong, the director of the China Brand Center of SUN YAT-SEN University, Professor JIN Liyin, the director of the Center for Decision and Behavioral Science of Fudan University, and Associate Professor LI Yao from the Business School of Henan University. From the US are Professor ZHANG Han, the academic director of Technology and Management Program at the Georgia Institute, and Professor CUI Haitao, the Associate Dean of the Global Management Doctorate Program at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
A parallel forum was held on the afternoon of the 21st. Experts and scholars exchanged views on topics such as "Marketing Strategy Selection in the Digital Context" and "Consumer Behavior Changes in the Period of Digital Transformation", and commented and discussed the papers reported on the forum.
